In which geographies will Guaranteed Delivery be available?
Guaranteed Delivery will be available in
the US only for now.
What are the benefits to sellers?
eBay will prominently present your
guaranteed listings for buyers, as they will be able to search and filter based
on delivery date.
Additionally, you will have more control to
customize your handling time cut-offs by day of the week for added flexibility,
as well as ship costs by region to avoid under- or overcharging for shipping.
What are the benefits to buyers?
Buyers will be able to filter items by
guaranteed delivery date, which adds another layer of confidence. The result is
that buyers will receive their items by the date they expect. Guaranteed.
What happens if an item does not arrive by the guaranteed date?
If a guaranteed item arrives late, the buyer can request to have their cost
of shipping refunded. If the shipping was free, then the buyer can receive a
coupon to be used towards their next eBay purchase. Alternatively, the buyer

The cutoff times for guaranteed same day shipping are 2:30 pm
Eastern for USPS and FedEx on all items.
Please note that we can only guarantee the transit times of FedEx,
unfortunately we cannot guarantee the transit times of USPS.
These transit times are determined by USPS and FedEx exclusively and are not
influenced in any way by GSM Florida Group, Corp. Expedited shipping options
are also available upon checkout via FedEx Ground and FedEx Second Day Air*.

IN CASE OF A DEADLINE PROJECT UPGRADE TO FEDEX FOR YOUR SHIPPING BASED IN YOUR NEED. YOU CAN CHOOSE AT CHECKOUT

If this happens, then the second scans appear days later near the destination. In high volume seasons, FedEx holds back USPS shipments and compounding the issue.
